1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Styraé. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
2. Web Beta and free access
Styraé is currently offered as a Web Beta. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed while the product improves. Access is free right now and no payment card is required.
Styraé may introduce paid features or plans later. Any price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you agree to a charge. Continued free access is not guaranteed.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of clothing photos, prompts, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Styraé a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.
You must have the rights needed to upload your content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.
4. AI suggestions and try-ons
Outfit recommendations, generated details, image edits, and try-on results are automated outputs. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or visually imperfect. Use your own judgement before wearing, buying, sharing, or relying on an output. Styraé does not guarantee fit, colour accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular event.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Styraé to break the law, violate another person's rights, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, scrape the service at scale, interfere with other users, impersonate another person, or use automated output to mislead or harm someone. You may not resell access or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
6. Styraé property
The service, brand, software, interface, and original product materials belong to Styraé or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may use the service only for its intended personal purpose unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party services
Styraé depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, email, image processing, and AI features. Their availability can affect the service, and their own terms may apply to their processing. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Styraé at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for users or the service, is required to be closed by law, or remains inactive for an extended period. Where practical, we will give notice before a non-urgent suspension.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Web Beta is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every wardrobe or occasion. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Styraé is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes that the parties cannot resolve directly.
12. Changes and contact
