1. Information we handle
Depending on how you use Styraé, we may handle:
- Account details, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and authentication status.
- Wardrobe content, including clothing photos, item names, categories, colours, tags, outfits, collections, plans, and try-on inputs or results.
- Requests you send to Styraé AI, outfit feedback, beta feedback, and support messages.
- Product and device activity, such as pages viewed, button clicks, feature events, browser and device details, referring pages, campaign parameters, and diagnostic information.
- Optional location or weather context when you choose to provide it or grant browser permission.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, process clothing photos, build your digital wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions and try-ons, remember saved work, provide support, measure product performance, prevent abuse, and improve the Web Beta.
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it. Some account and security data is still needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
3. Analytics and session recordings
Styraé uses product analytics to understand the path from a landing-page visit to useful wardrobe actions. Analytics may include page activity, campaign parameters, feature events, and session recordings. Sensitive input fields are configured to be masked, but you should not enter confidential information into free-text fields.
4. Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers for authentication, application hosting and databases, private image storage and delivery, analytics, email, image processing, and AI inference. They may process information only to provide their services to Styraé and under their own security and privacy commitments.
AI and image services may receive the wardrobe details, prompts, or images needed to complete the feature you request. Avoid uploading content you do not have the right to use.
5. Sharing and publicity
Styraé does not make your wardrobe public by default and does not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with the service providers described above, when you choose a sharing feature, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account and wardrobe information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Logs, backups, and generated files may remain for a limited period after deletion before they are removed or overwritten.

7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about how it is handled. These requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable law. You can also decline optional location permission and use unsubscribe controls for non-essential emails.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including authenticated access and private storage controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong sign-in method and report suspected misuse promptly.
9. Age limits
Styraé is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child without legally valid consent, we may remove the data and close the account.
10. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside India. Where this happens, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect the information in line with applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
